Meet the Founder

Isabelle brings over 20 years of experience in the education sector, having worked as both an educator and teacher trainer in the UK. Throughout her career, she has specialised in helping international students transition into new cultural and academic environments and has spent many years supporting upper secondary students as they prepare for the step into further education.

With a strong background in supporting international students—including experience in Africa
and South America—Isabelle has worked extensively with young people from diverse cultural
and linguistic backgrounds. Isabelle has a PGCE from the Institute of Education, London,
and a Master's degree in International Development from SOAS, University of London.

Since relocating to Portugal with her three school-aged children, Isabelle has experienced first-hand the challenges and opportunities that come with transitioning into a new educational system, language, and culture. This journey has deepened her commitment to empowering parents
and students alike, and to fostering the skills that help young people thrive
across languages and borders.
